Hotz Hall

Hotz Hall is a nine-story residence hall that anchors the north end of the University campus. This facility shifted to office space and was used as such for twenty years prior to this project. The renovation of Hotz Hall consisted complete systems, finishes, envelope, and furniture upgrades as it was reclaimed into the new Honors residence hall.
Working with University Housing and student leaders, the interior finishes and furnishings were selected and specified. SCM provided completed interior design services for this scope.
The ground level was opened completely up to create a large commons space that includes a kitchenette, a music room, and a movie theater for the residence.
