This LEED-Silver certified building is part of a new corporate campus to bring all of Garver’s multi-disciplined engineering, planning, and environmental services to one location.
Sunshades along the south elevation help to lower UV infiltration and reduce glare. A raised flooring system was installed through the facility to allow for future flexibility depending on changing office needs.
