A new home for AXO on the Hill at the University of Arkansas. Located at a main pedestrian intersection on Maple St, this house has 63 beds for the Delta Rho Chapter. Public living rooms and a library flank the grand stair at the entry along with a dining room large enough to house the entire chapter for their weekly meals.
The grand stair at the entry provides a design statement along with a sense of comfort and welcoming to all who visit and live in the house. A living room and library flank the entry to allow for gatherings and meetings.
The grand staircase connects the public entry with a semi-private study space for house members. The residential second floor is accessed from the study space adjacent to the grand stair.
